HOW TO MAKE GREEN TEA AT HOME FOR WEIGHT LOSS?
Hello, friends welcome to my blog once again. Today I am going to share with you all how to make green tea at home. The green tea making process is very easy and simple anyone can make it. Most of the people who are aware of the benefits of green tea but they don't know how to make green tea at home for weight loss. So today we are going to discuss the same. This will be a very short article but I will try to give you the details of how to make green tea in a proper way.
As you all know that drinking green tea gives you a lot of health benefits and if you consume green on early morning with empty stomach it will help you to reduce weight also. I hope everyone here who are reading this article wants to reduce weight. But green tea now only reduce weight it comes with so many benefits. Actually, it purifies your whole body. Although it tastes not so good enough but nowadays it is available in so many flavours like honey and tulsi mostly used. so now its taste better.
Reducing High Blood Sugar - If you are struggling with high blood sugar, you should never neglect green tea. The enormous amount of polysaccharides and polyphenols found in green tea are excellent in fighting 2 types of diabetes. Besides, drinking green tea assists in speeding up insulin production, which results in maintaining blood sugar levels safe.
Let's start a green tea making process...
1. Take one cup of water and Lipton green tea bag ( 1 bag). Use one tea bag only at a time.
2. Now switch on your gas stove and boil the water. It will take hardly 2-3 minutes to boil the water properly.
3. Take out your green tea bag. You can use green tea tulsi natura or honey flavour. I will personally suggest you to take honey flavour it's far better in taste. But if you want to take tulsi flavour you can also take it both are beneficial for your body. Don't mix both the flavour together.
4. switch off your gas stove and pour the boiling water into the cup.
5. Now take 1 green tea bag and dip into the hot water and leave it for 2 minutes. slowly the water turns into light green colour.
6. You can add a little bit of honey or lemon for taste (it's optional). I do add a honey little bit for flavour.
So now the green tea is ready to drink. It's very simple and easy to make. People who want to stay fit and healthy all the time can take green tea in the early morning.
